TERMS AND CONDITIONS for BanquetOne Rental Agreement:

The renter must be over 21 years of age. This Venue is for private parties and events ONLY. No ticketed events are allowed.

RESERVATION: Minimum $400.00 of rental fee due upon signing contract. This fee ensures reservation of your event time slot and is not refundable for any reason. Event Date cannot be changed.

EVENT TIME SLOT: Start Time and End Time listed above determines the total occupation time of the Venue by the renter. There is no additional time provided outside of this time slot for any purpose.

DAMAGES: If breakage, damage, loss, or additional expenses are incurred the undersigned agrees to reimburse BanquetOne for the excess within two days.

RENTAL CHARGE: $1299.00(Saturday 5 hours) or $999.00(Friday/Sunday 8 hours) or $699(Mon-Thur 8 hours) or $1599 all day on Saturday. The charge for each additional hour or fraction thereof is $100.00. The rental fee must be paid no later than 2 months prior to scheduled event, and is not refundable. Event shall be cancelled if rental fee is not paid on time. Additional hours must be requested at time of signing contract, and paid for with rest of the rental fee.

NOT PERMITTED: Attaching anything to ceiling or walls. Glitter or tiny paper particles. Any Grill or Cooking device. Open flame, Candles or Smoke generation, other than chafing flame canisters for warming food. Dumping food/grease in the kitchen sink.

KITCHEN USE: Kitchen is for non-cooking purposes only. Absolutely no solid food to be dumped in the sink.

ALCOHOL: The Renter is permitted to serve alcohol on premises including Liquor per ABC of NC rules. The Renter must obtain the Limited Special Occasion Permit from ABC of NC to serve Liquor at their event, even if a bartender is hired (abc.nc.gov). Serving Beer and Wine ONLY as defined by ABC of NC, does not require a permit. The Renter must follow all ABC of NC rules and any applicable laws in serving alcohol and food. The BanquetOne Venue only allows alcohol for guests invited at a private party by the renter, free of charge. Selling alcohol is not permitted at the BanquetOne Venue under any circumstances. The renter is solely responsible for monitoring and control of the alcohol at their event, including preventing access by minors. The BanquetOne Venue does not provide alcohol or food under any circumstances.

SMOKING: No smoking is allowed inside the building.

CATERING: The renter may hire a licensed Caterer or assume liability for self-serving the food.

TRASH/CLEANING: The renter must dispose all food, drinks, decorations, trash and related containers using trash bags provided, to the dumpster outside the Venue within their allocated time slot. No other cleaning is required.

FURNITURE: Round Tables with white tablecloths, Banquet Chairs with no chair covers, and three Rectangular Tables with no tablecloths are provided. Granite Bar and two 8FT serving tables are permanently there.

REMOVING BELONGINGS: The renter is required to remove all their belongings and accessories within their allocated time slot.

LIABILITY: BanquetOne does not sell food or alcohol. The renter shall indemnify and hold harmless BanquetOne against any liabilities arising out of Food and Alcohol served at their function.
